Chapel Hill Elementary School

CHES had the opportunity to host the Manga African Dance group sponsored by the Douglas County Cultural Arts Council. Manga is a non-profit organization with a mission to preserve, present, and teach indigenous African cultural arts through dance, drums, songs, and historical reference. This group engaged our students by giving them an opportunity to dance and learn. Our students even got to see their teachers dance!
